I’m super excited to present my final year project at Teesside University (La Revolution). Set around the beginning of the French revolution. The goal was to create a beautiful, ornate room that has been disturbed slightly by a supporter of the revolution. I’ve had an absolute blast creating this real-time environment. Despite really challenging myself to sculpt beautiful detail, of which I haven’t quite tackled previously, I’m extremely happy with the end result.
Through this project, I’ve learned a lot and developed a love for handcrafted, ornate sculptures. The beauty of 18th century, French craftmanship is surely not going to fade in my mind anytime soon.
