Avarna is my final year project – concepts for a fantasy adventure video game inspired by South Asian culture and fantasy aesthetics, in an effort to step away from the Eurocentric vision of fantasy present in the games industry currently.

Biography
Final year Concept Art student with a love of vibrant and diverse character, environment, prop and creature design. I am known to be enthusiastic and passionate about any project I work on, and I have a real love for video games and the work that goes into them. I also have a flexible art style which allows me to adapt to stylisation and genre needs.
Software & Hardware Proficiencies
Procreate, Maya, ZBrush (Beginner), Learning Adobe XD for UI Design.
Work Experience
Freelance commissions, including interior and cover illustrations for a D&D book, original character designs, album covers and video art for popular online musicians.
Interests
In my free time, I work on my Concept Art skills, teaching myself new programs and techniques, play video games, read books, comics and zines, create my own comics and zines, and listen to and play music. I enjoy always being productive by learning and creating as much as I can.
