Olist is a Brazilian startup founded in 2015 and operates as an online e-commerce site connecting shops to wider marketplaces.  The company is a pioneer in the business model called “marketplace of marketplaces” and is regarded as the largest department store in Brazil’s marketplaces.

This report was implemented in Power BI to analyse the e-commerce performance for the Financial Year 2018  started from 01/09/2017 to 31/08/2018, to evaluate the current strategy’s effectiveness and investigate process improvement chances. The report was based on the dataset, provided on Kaggle
